Chamber Member Directory:
1000 copies of our Chamber Directory are distributed to Chamber members and new residents each year and included is a buyer’s guide section to help potential clients find you fast.
Gift Certificate Program:
The Chamber works to keep local dollars local by sponsoring a no-cost gift certificate program. Anyone may purchase our gift certificates, in any denomination, at our office. However, only Chamber member businesses may accept them. Chamber members are reimbursed for the full face value of the certificates by the Chamber. Since the inception of this program over a million dollars in certificates have been sold!
Our electronic newsletter is accessible around the globe. Information you need to keep your business in compliance, upcoming chamber activities and opportunities for you to participate in events and programs to strengthen your business are just a few of the features included.
Reach your target audience through the chamber newsletter. Our electronic newsletter is sent to more than 600 emails on a monthly basis. We offer ¼ page and ½ page spaces. Contact the office for details and deadlines.
Chamber Web Site:
Potential customers and clients can find you via our search tool on the chamber site. Plus, Chamber businesses that have their own web sites are also linked from the Chamber site at no cost.
Notary services are provided as a free service to our Chamber businesses. Please call ahead for an appointment.
New Resident Packs:
The Chamber offers information packs to people relocating to our area. Chamber businesses may have information and small promo items included at no charge. School, city, recreation and other community information is also included.
Certificates of Origin:
Manufacturers that ship materials overseas are required to provide Certificates of Origin. The chamber provides, at no cost, this certification for members only.
Available Sites Referral Book:
Members with commercial space for sale or lease are encouraged to provide the Chamber with information regarding location, suitable usages, accessibility, parking, utilities, etc. When a business is looking for a new location we will be able to forward your information to them.
Utilities Discount Program:
In a continued effort to serve our members, we have established an affiliation with Alternative Energy Source (AES) to provide energy management and consulting services for our commercial and industrial members for both electricity and natural gas. AES will assist your business in the evaluation of energy supply options.
Chamber Conference Room:
Utilize the newly remodelled conference room for trainings, seminars, off-site meetings, etc. The conference room has new flooring, new acoustic ceiling and new lighting. Amenities include a smart board, ceiling mounted projector, laptop, lectern, connectivity on the chamber’s secure network. Theme tables are easily moved to any configuration to fit the event and there is seating for 50. As Always, there is complimentary coffee. There is also a buffet area for serving food and members may bring their own or enlist the services of a local caterer. Reservations are required.
The Chamber building also offers a smaller conference room for meetings up to 8 people. Coffee, white board and wireless connectivity are all part of the benefits of being a member. Please call ahead to reserve the small conference room.
